really liked it

I enjoyed this book more than the previous due to the fact that Meredith was a more mature woman. The whole virgin/inexperienced thing does not appeal to me. While the biological aspect of the Wolves still played a role (Meredith being in "heat"), that aspect of the story was handled in way that didn't make me gag on the misogyny.

Walters brings in a lot of new characters in this book, it almost felt like the start of it's own series there is very little continuation on any aspect of the previous book, aside from Isaiah being in Chicago to pick up his SIL's stuff. We get a new host of "bad guys" and a plot that seems like it will continue to develop as the series goes on.
