The large majority of this book is incredibly dry and hard to stick with. There are some overall good insights into the workings of the mind and how it fails to behave well. There are ~5 chapters in the last quarter of the book that are worth the slog through the rest of the book. They are very good, but overall, I would only recommend it to the most technical economist / behavioral psychologist friends.
