An excellent continuation of the Drizzt mythos. Salvatore yet again succeeds in delivering an action-packed adventure, ranging from tense pub brawl conversations to dragons in the Underdark. And he manages to still leave you hungry for more, even once you've closed the book (who IS Barrabus the Gray?). I cannot wait for the next two in the trilogy. But, it's a toss up which is sadder, this single book, or the entirety of Transitions, which this book manages to continue along in that trilogy's style. From world-changing events, to unbearable loss, this is definitely an excellent read and addition to Salvatore's collection.
