This book, a fictional story of a 50 year old Harvard professor suddenly facing a life of uncertainty as she becomes forgetful and disoriented and is diagnosed with early onset Alzheimer's disease. It was of particular interest to me as my mother died of Alzheimer's disease, not early onset, but with many of the symptoms that faced Alice in the book. The book was beautifully written and very believable as well as heartbreaking. I had a difficult time putting it down.
