it was amazing

Evangeline Anderson kept me hot & breathless...

It's been said that women write the best M/M erotica. I've grudgingly agreed with this theory (my own beloved editor is a woman), even more so after delving into the delightful romp that is 'Str8te Boys'. As silly and contrived and almost obvious as a game called "gay chicken" is, young men in the grips of sexual confusion actually do many many silly, contrived and obvious things when hormones overwhelm brain cells.

Evangeline Anderson gives us a story that kept me breathless, excited and eager to click to the next page; and it was not at all "loaded with stereotypes" as some reviewer claimed. Is it stereotypical for some men to mask their gayness beneath masculine and sometimes homophobic swagger? Of course it is, but that makes the story all the more true to life. Those men are all around us. All in all, I couldn't put it down and when I wasn't aroused I was misty. Great job. 5 well-deserved stars!
