Fantastic anthology of stories, reports, poems, blogs and tweets by and/or about the many sufferers and survivors of mental health problems.
As a relative of one such sufferer, I lived every word and applaud the people and organisations that give a voice to people who are rarely heard. The book is funny, heart-breaking and heartening.
