So, this book obviously has a limited audience. I really was impressed with Levy's sincerity and compassion. He definitely gives lots of examples, so that the reader can relate to several aspects of grief. The author is a Jewish psychologist, so he covered the brain, the heart, and the spiritual side, but don't worry if you're secular--he's grounded and not obnoxious. I don't know if this is a good thing or not, but the book was endorsed by Mr. Rogers...
