it was amazing

This was a very thought provoking read, not just on St. Francis but on modernity, original sin, and the Church. Chesterton's explanation of original sin in Chapter II was compelling such that I'm using it to teach in my Sunday School class (Catholic).

Chesterton has been reported to be hard to read, but so far, I haven't found that to be the case; I'm not that great a reader nor a prolific one, by the way.

I highly recommend this book. I hope to finish and start Orthodoxy and St. Thomas Aquinas by the same author soon (they're both in my local library).
