bookshelves: autobiography, religious

more autobiographical than I anticipated, the aha moment I expected by the title (surprised), was really the accumulation of his growth, the people he met, the works he studied...

I found notable that he established the God of Israel who first says obey me because I AM, and then the consequences to disobedience... and that by knowing the I AM God first, he was better able to embrace the rest... and also, the deep reverence he felt for God - after a youth & young adulthood of no association with God.
