So, the premise of all of the stories in this book is that there is a machine that tells people how they will die. Upon reading the Dinosaur Comic that inspired the book, it would be easy to assume that all of the stories had some cutesy O'passant/monkey's paw ending but that really isn't where the authors decided to go with it. They take a lot of different directions with it.

As with any collection, I liked some stories better than others but as a collection I think it was really solid because there weren't any that I thought were lame or boring.

The authors and illustrators list will probably yield some familiar names to anyone who frequents web comics, so that's fun.
