really liked it

This is my second book by Lynch, and I have to say I'm fond of her writing style. She has a very down to earth feel, and her words never get in the way of her storytelling. I'm also impressed by how quickly I sink into the mind of her protagonists, both in Grayson's Ridge and in This is Not About Love. Even though I've never been in Sophia's situation, her emotions and feelings are conveyed with simplicity and vulnerability.

As far as the storyline of Grayson's Ridge, at first, I was a little skeptical. It sounded like your stereotypical creepy haunted house thing. But, the more I read, the more intrigued I became. I have to say I got rather caught up in the drama, and the resolution of the horror aspect of the story was much more satisfying and concrete than I expected. Overall, a great read from an author I believe will continue to grow!
