I've only skimmed through it so far. It has an overwhelming amount of information, including how to swim, hit a baseball, and give orgasm more efficiently. I'd have to test things out, like his 'slow carb diet' of meat, beans, & veggies, to see if it really works. I like the sound of the Chipotle diet, eggs for breakfast, and a fajita bol for lunch & dinner. I'm not sure if he's right about giving up fruit 6 days a week (or potatoes). It has so much nutrition per calorie, even orange juice. There's a nice graph in there, where you keep your weight in a certain range, but within 2 downward sloping curves. Kind of like the Hacker's Diet graph with its weighted averages, but without the math. Implanting a sugar level detector in his body was interesting (keep your blood sugar below 100 to lose fat).
