This book is terrible! I am embarrassed to have it in my house. This sort of advice is trendy but does not work. You can't make business a science because it isn't and you will not be successful running your business this way. It works in your head but when you actually try to start implementing these ideas it just doesn't work. Read a real book on business if you want any success. I feel sorry for any starting entrepreneur that reads this and thinks this is how you should do business. This is the lowest crap available.
