What a beautifully written collection of philosophical thoughts. Kreeft here tackles existentialism, life as suffering, and life as love which he proposes are the three main philosophies adopted by most people. He rightly deems Ecclesiastes the first existentialist piece of writing, and I found his analysis of the concepts intriguing and eloquent. Job is his reference to address the problem of suffering, and he uses Song of Songs to expound on 26 realities of love, and the reason that Love is the answer to Ecclesiastes profoundly bleak example of life without God.
