This is the second read of this important psychological book. It's not a self-help book but rather a work that shows the importance of cultivating whom we really are, not a cookie-cutter version that the media dictates. Moore's prose is serious, allusive, and lyrical. Like a fine meal, Moore's book is meant to be savored and digested slowly.
