This book is clearly dated, and Mr. Torrey can be a bit too formulaic with faith in my opinion. However, it is theologically sound, and despite the dated references to the "horrendous" sins of "going to dances" and "visiting the theater", it is still a good read. I has a lot of food for thought, and some very good points to bring to the table. You just have to wade through the old-fashioned wording to get there.
