did not like it

Rarely do you find a book with a "helper" writer that turns out so bad. I have seen interviews of Robyn O'Brien that are more interesting than her very reserved demeanor. Nothing in this book contains information that is not widely known, especially if you've ever seen one episode of Dr. Oz. I expected more data and hard science, but found it was rather O'Brien's quest to find healthy food for her family. Perhaps the book would be much more successful if she approached it as a memoir and referred you to her website for more specifics of the scientific studies, both that support and contradict her assertions. As she says, it's all about presenting both sides of the argument so we can make informed decisions.
