I had a really difficult time rating this book. I clicked the 4th star several times.

The story is definitely entertaining, and I think that says a lot about the author concidering that the book is 300 years old. I hadn't boned up on the history of the period before I read it, but went in understanding that Swift wrote with political themes in mind.

It was funny and exaggerated and made serious statments about being extreme.

It was a difficult read. It goes without saying that The language and writing style is out-dated and even confussing at times. For this reason I only gave it 3 stars, but it may deserve more.
