it was amazing
bookshelves: audio, scifi

This book starts out cool... then takes a turn into crazy... then into total madness! It really sucked me in. What Liu did here as an author (effectively spin a tale out of a math problem) is ambitious. The layers upon layers of commentary upon life and death, cultural change, idealism, and a dozen other themes makes this book ripe for study. I would love to read a book about this book.

I listened to this in audio, and the narrator did an excellent job. His Chinese pronunciation was good, even if he couldn't pronounce "Linux." ;-)
