it was ok
bookshelves: biography, childrens, nonfiction
Recommended for: children

A decent book filled with pictures, a good timeline and pullout information with historical “touchpoints” as they related to Rice’s life. A good source for a young child needing to put together a brief report. An older child may need one or two other sources to balance this text. While the information is all there, it is slanted to the point where it feels like propaganda.
