Sarcastic, snarky humor...which I like.

Interesting plot that moves quickly, but not too quickly.

Charlie is helping to solve the murders of three lawyers, with the help of the three dead lawyers. Charlie is the grim reaper. She sees and talks to the dead, helps them with "unfinished business," and helps them to the other side (they go through her to get there).

Then there is Raius (sorry if spelling is wrong...I listened to this one...)a mysterious man with mysterious powers that comes to Charlie in her dreams, or daydreams...A whole other story line there.

This was an interesting read, light and fun...Ended a bit abruptly...I was waiting for the next track to start but it was over.

This one is definitely for adults...occasional swearing and a couple of sex scenes.

I will read the next one to see how the loose ends tie up...
