liked it

I read Dan Pink's book in tandem with Seth Godin's "Linchpin". Both books talk about a lot of the same things and behavioral researchers.

What Godin writes is inspirational and motivational - sweeping generalizations and optimistic outlook for the ingenuity of the human spirit.

What Pink writes are concise, well researched and well presented ideas. He walks through case studies illustrating his points very clearly.

I enjoyed Drive and would definitely recommend it - however I enjoyed "Linchpin" much more and plan on re-reading that book.
