Okay, so maybe you got a little nervous on your thirteenth birthday and made the microwave explode, the family car shake apart, and the rivets pop out of the freeway overpass. So what? This kind of thing runs in the family. It's normal, right? Everyone in your family gets their savvy (their own magical power) when they turn 13.

But learning how to scumble that savvy into control seems impossible. As you make your way to a family wedding in Wyoming, your savvy grows in strength becoming . . . dangerous. Meanwhile, an earnest young female reporter threatens to reveal your family's secrets. Everything seems to be falling apart, but if you can somehow manage to scumble your way through summer, you might just have the adventure of your life.
