did not like it

I rarely give up reading a series, actually I don't recall ever doing that. However, this novel infuriated me. It started off with an interesting concept with Aislinn pretending to not be able to see faeries and I had a lot of hope for it, but I was disappointed. The characters had no dimensions. I would not want her going for either Keenan or Seth because I found them both so boring. Seth was her henchman, just waiting on her with no other real purpose than to aid her. Keenan was just kind of...weird. He stalks her and is just completely bent up on her being his "Summer Queen" and nothing else really. In the end, she just magically gives everybody who they want. Seth with Aislinn, as was obvious from the beginning, and Donia with Keenan, ending her heartbreak and only touching emotion in the book. I was repulsed by the thought of picking up the next book.
