An extraordinary example of this type of literature. Vastly better written than many contemporary exhortations toward Christian living.

Murray thrived in South Africa over a century ago, but his many works on theology and Christian living reverberate with today’s readers. His scholarship and doctrine are at the same time orthodox and lucid.
