Beautiful reflections and invitations to increased mindfulness. I especially enjoyed his description of a meditative practice for kindergartners: before eating a mandarin, to envision the tree that produced it, with green leaves in the sunlight, drinking up the rain, etc. He then had the children smell the mandarin in their hands, slowly peel it, and savor each bite as they thought of where it came from.
