2.5 stars. I was expecting this to be a little more scandalous and/or salacious given the bio/agro-terrorism angle. Indeed there are gigantic f*ck-ups, but nothing malicious, just sloppiness and cover-ups. Although I guess that is pretty much par for the course whenever I’ve read any sort of government conspiracy text. These people aren’t evil (aside from, in this case, some Nazi scientists hired to work for the U.S.) but their mistakes are big and a lot of effort is exerted to prevent the information from getting out.
