This is a very interesting look at why Chris McCandless, a young well educated man, walked into the bush in Alaska and starved to death. The author examines a lot of similar cases, including one of his own, in an attempt to shine a light on the possible motivations that led McCandless to his death.

Nick Unyet, when you watch the film, you just wanna punch the selfish little ingrate in the face.

Krait Glad I haven't seen the film then :-)

Nikki Hepburn Yep, I agree with Nick. Never has an individual been so spectacularly unprepared - embarrassing.
