really liked it
bookshelves: mystery-british, academic-setting

Ruth Galloway, academic archaeologist, specializes in bones, old bones. Sounds like a winning formula, and indeed this would appeal to Kathy Reichs fans. Worked for me. Nice pacing, great sense of locale, and lots of edgy academic types who all seem guilty of the heinous crimes being investigated! Map. I'd definitely try her again---this is the 1st in a projected series.
