** spoiler alert ** New Vampire captured in Early days of new American colonies.
blood oath placed on him by voodoo priestess ties him to the new position of president of the United States

His name is Cade and he is now the extraction expert and assassin of choice of American government
but he needs a new handler because Griff is retiring (but he has cancer).....
Griff is worried about Cade... Griff has been the longest serving assistant and the closest thing to a friend that Cade has... What will happen when Griff dies....
When an 'up and coming' rising star, Zach, with his eyes on the highest position in the land, gets caught with his pants down with the President's daughter - he gets the babysitting job - boy is he pissed off -

Previous handlers were there till they retired or were killed (but not by the vampire)
Cade calls him kid..LOL

Cade had 'created' (?) Tania while Griff was his handler .... she is a little dangerous .. she is a little possessive ... maybe she made him .. she can follow him anywhere...

but Konard captures her and while she is waeken by UV lights he snaps on a collar that can deliver an electrix jolt or blow her head off...... what is his plan?

Cade goes to AA meetings - He gains comfort from the stories others tell of beating addiction

Cade does rescue Tania ..... but he did not mean to.. he was looking for Zach who is captured by Helen Holt.

She is a sociopath... who wants to stop aging so she makes a deal with Konrad if she kills Cade he will make her immortal

She finds out the location (from the vice president???!!) of a safe house and bombs it .. believing that Cade and Zach are dead...
but Cade gets them out

Zach grows up from a whinging rich kid to a person who cares about others and in the end he becomes a bit of hero....

4 undead copses are brought to life by extremists and set a task to kill the president....Cade and Zach go in andsave the day but not without Griff dying in order to save Cade... and Zach tells off the President's daughters Secret Service people and demands their guna nd bullets and they give it to him.....he is in control

at one point we think that Konard has killed Helen.... he used an elixar made from old bones instead of young life....

but right new the end we see her again..... truely scary now....part zombie part pissed off sociopath...Kinrad gets away but he is not far and Zach decides to stay...

set up for the next story..... like an episode of NCIS crossed with Mission Impossible ...
