Given that the writers presented in this series are probably all friends of Naropa faculty, I reckon that these 2 poets are probably connected to the Buddhist end of things - maybe they're Andrew Schelling's friends. Who cares, right? Who sd that? You? Muthfucka! Take that you piece of shit! You'd better care about Buddhist Poetry, ass-----hole!, or I'll rip yr muthafuckin' guts out & shove 'em up yr dead greatgrandmutha's ass!
Shin Yu Pai:
"droppings, a mouse in
the house, her lover says
it has a very tiny heart,
you need only chase
it until it tires; he knows
the hearts of small creatures"
Dennis Maloney:
"Sen-no-rikyu said
tea ceremony is simple.
Heat the water,
make the tea, drink.
How did they complicate it so?"
