really liked it
bookshelves: indulgences, chamomile, dis-over-my-dead-body

Coming back to this book, the first thing that popped up was a united hatred for rodents in the females of my family. I'm sorry...but how hard is it to resist this?

I mean, so what! We have teeth too! And that is about as activist as I go...maybe. This story enchanted me from the start though, even surpassing Goodnight Moon for a moment there. I always have had this really soft spot for animal books. It's a wonder I have not bombed a "processing" farm just yet..

Mariel We have the same taste in kids books! :)

Kelly And it took me this long to figure it out. :D I adored any books with talking animals. Narnia was waay behind on my list, but I loved Mrs. Frisby.
