Seventeen year old Livy lost her younger sister from cancer and she never got over it. She made it her life’s goal to save the kids that she can, having that mindset meant she visited the Seattle Children’s hospital very often. Reading stories to the young, sick children was her favorite past time, which also included her kid sister’s best friend Jilly..who she was determined to save from her death.

Whenever Livy visited the hospital there was always this handsome stranger named Meyer, who listened and watched her. One day Meyer finally goes up to her, on her time of need and promised her lots of adventures. Knowing she had nothing to lose and needing an escape from reality, she goes with Meyer to his chosen place and played a game. This game became the norm whenever Meyer came to her and the adventure was never ending. Anytime Meyer was around, he made her forget how upset she really was. Meyer made her want so much, but anytime he's around questions always came up that could never be answered.

When Meyer showed her a world she only imagine, she was more than happy to stay there forever. Then to top it off, she was given another chance to be with the most precious person in the world to her. Last but not least, she gets to be with Meyer the boy that made her feel again. But is she ready to leave the life she has, for this new beautiful world every kid could only wish for? Read and find out.

I love this new modern reimagining Peter Pan, it was full of fun and adventures. Of course, my favorite is the love that Livy and Meyer found with each other. An innocent love, with their innocent hearts, that I couldn’t help but fall in love with the Story of the boy who can fly, all over again.
