Eden Riley is a little bit psychic, and is currently working as a consultant for the police. When she meets with a police detective to assist in finding a serial killer, she doesn't really think she'll be able to help. She certainly doesn't think that when the detective guns down the killer the demon that was possessing him will be forced to enter her body.

Darrak the demon insists that he's a good demon who was cursed by a witch 300 years ago. He's never been able to speak with his host before, and now with Eden he can even take form in his human body during the day. He's hoping, with her help, that he can break the curse. But can Eden really trust a demon?

This is an original and refreshing new twist on paranormal romance. It's fun, quirky and laugh out loud funny. I really liked Eden, she's independent, sassy and just a little bit vulnerable. She's torn between exorcising the demon and lusting after him, and this leads to some interesting banter between the two.

There's non-stop action throughout, and I couldn't put this book down. Eden has a budding romance with hunky police detective Ben, but Darrak isn't so thrilled about that which leads to some hilarious encounters. There's also a couple of exorcists who refuse to take no for an answer, along with a man-hating witch who writes self-help books for women. This all wraps up into a great read and I can't wait to see where the story line goes in future books!
