The first line of the books says "There are millions of fitness books out there so what makes this one so different?" This is an excellent first line as the author then begins to explain that you do not need pricey health club memberships, expensive equipment or the same boring routine to get in shape. The book discusses utilizing a 5 point system to getting in shape, staying in shape and staying motivated. Because each day the routine changes, one is less likely to lose interest. A great added feature is a photo explanation of each exercise, whether crunches or lunges, as well as a detailed explanation of household items you can use as equipment to improve your workout.
