really liked it
bookshelves: fantasy
Read in January, 2000

Seven college age role-players get zapped into their fantasy universe. "What was only game suddenly becomes a matter of life...or death!" Um, sorry, got carried away there.

The college students are more fleshed out than average. They all have distinct voices and they usually don't even agree on what they should be doing. Some want to return home, some want to stay, and they all have believable motivations backing their choices. By the end of the book some become a little more mature than when they started.
