Cute. Besides a pretty hot scene between the H/h (who are newlyweds) in the baseball dugout where she's tied to a chain-link fence while he's busy pleasuring her/convincing her not to leave him, not too much goes on in this one. The hero's name is Colt, with brothers named Cord and Bolt (parents must've owned a hardware store) and with names like that it got a little confusing, especially while the brothers were interacting after their softball game. The heroine, Renny, is miffed that her husband doesn't seem to want to spend any time with her at work (I'm thinking she's some kind of fashion model?)or at her work related functions, and she's worried that he doesn't want her anymore. She couldn't be further from the truth, because he's mad about her. But there is a reason why he's avoiding her outside their home. Now if only he'd stop being so overprotective and level with her...

I think if I would've read the prequel to this one (Miss September) I would've understood the characters a lot better. This one had some potential if I knew a little more of the characters' backstory. At least the sex scene was pretty steamy...maybe I'll have to check out "Miss September"...3 1/2 stars
