really liked it
bookshelves: light-reading, young-adult-kids

Antsy, your average likable high school kid in Brooklyn, gets sucked into a different social strata when he learns that his friend Gunner has a terminal disease.

I really enjoyed this book for its winding story, fabulous characters, and never failing sense of humor.

You may not think a book about a kid in high school contracting a fatal illness can be funny, but think again. This is a book about binding contracts, young romance, family struggles, and growing up... oh, and getting to date the girl of your dreams.
