Really, really interesting chapter on Bolivia. And useful suggestions he makes on how to improve health, if a little naive. The book is far too limited in scope. Why spend the first few chapters talking about his economic accomplishments in Bolivia, Russia and Poland and then the rest of it on how to cure the major health problems in the developing world? There's no discussion of how to make those health improvements sustain themselves. It would have been far more interesting to build on the health piece with a gameplan to lift countries out of their economic lowlands. In that sense the book is mis-titled.
