Interesting in his argument that there is a spiritual or religious unconscious which is part of the human psyche, among other things.
He seems to be saying that looking for happiness never produces the expected results but that one's own happiness only comes to us as a result or by-product of positively engaging with and making others happy. Debatable, but maybe true.
