really liked it

I really enjoyed this book. The author writes beautifully, it more like prose and it took a few pages to really get into the flow of it. One of my favorite quotes that's typical of what you'll read, "her laugh tinkling like a thin silver spoon bouncing along a marble floor." The epilogue reveals a surprising ending to this true story. She truly paints a picture of the landscape and the people of Sicily that makes you want to go there. It's probably one of my favorite books.
