I was sent this bk anonymously in the early to mid 1980s - as were, I suspect, many other lunatic fringe types at the time. It proposes a new enslaving elite, y'know, this time run by us 'intelligent folks' & not based on race but on.. somebody or another's natural eugenic perfection or some such. Whatever. They propose "No public auctions", "No rape or mutilation", "No chain gangs". So humanitarian. Anyway, I always thought of this bk as a sortof provocation - to see what kind of reaction a person like myself might give to it. Uh, the simple reaction: Like, duh, dude, no I won't support slavery of any kind. The more complex one wd have to engage the process of the provocation - wch I don't want to waste time on at the moment. Still, it was interesting to get it sent anonymously in the mail.
