it was amazing
bookshelves: 2010, classics-child, reviewed, 5-star-recs

This novel has been compared to Jane Eyre which is one of my favorite novels. I think it is worthy of the comparison. Rebecca is not a fast moving book. You have to give yourself to the words. Let yourself be taken over by the feeling of being the other woman in your own home; haunted by a past that is not your own. This was a chilling read.

Valentina I read this book in one sitting. I was completely submerged in the storyline.

Steph I wish I had the time. I'm really engrossed in it now. Working five days a week is really starting to get in the way of my desired reading habits.
