Lacey Terwilliger is the perfect wife. She's well groomed, entertains, socializes and supports her husband wholeheartedly. One day, she finds out that her husband is cheating on her and she writes her husband's company newsletter explaining her husband's actions. Her life dramatically changes and Lacey has to cope while trying to figure out what to do with her life.

Personally, I didn't find Lacey's newsletter all that shocking, but I guess it would have attracted some attention. That's kind of how I felt throughout the book. Nothing was as funny/outrageous/notorious/etc. as it could have been. I enjoyed the snarkiness and the jokes, but it wasn't "laugh out loud in public" kind of funny. It was maybe "smile or quietly chuckle to myself" funny.

When I picked up the book, I dove right in. The way the book was written made it seem like I was listening to a story told by a good friend. It's very easy and comfortable to read.

From what I understand, Molly Harper usually writes vampire/werewofld-related books. I'm glad she tried something new and I got to read her work. Overall, I found the book entertaining, but not that memorable. It's a one-time read for me.
