Tamsin is a teenager who lives in NYC away from her "different" family. From since she was eight until now, her life have been horrible. She was different. She felt like an outsider. She wanted so badly to be like them that she distanced herself to be with her "kind".

I love reading novels with witches. Even though they all have the same plot, it doesn't stop me from reading them. I am disappointed that this is too similiar to the usual teenage witch books. IT's always about a girl who never had powers but then out of nowhere she realizes she has them. It annoys me more when it's about how they really wanted it in the beginning and then wish that they don't have it at the end.

I think the ending was rushed. When I reached the part where things started to get hot, there were only a few pages left. It wasn't as bad as i thought it could turn out.

I do recommend this book. It has the usual romance in it that most witch novels have.
