really liked it

I don't know anything about quilts but it was the cover of this book that made me pick it up.

I'm new to this series but the author does enough filling in of details on key characters from previous books to make it all flow well. It's a typical 'cozy' book. Friends rally around one friend in crisis as she deals with a rotten ex all while making things with their hands and chatting.

After reading this book, if we ever get to Hawaii, I definitely want to bring home a Hawaiian quilt. They are so beautiful with their simple color scheme and intricate applique and quilting. Just lovely.
