it was amazing
bookshelves: fiction, circus, new-york, p-t-barnum

It was such a relief to read a good circus book again. I've been reading a lot of vampire/werewolf stories, and they're fine, but this is the kind of book I really love. A thin man falls in love with a bearded lady? A fat lady runs away with a strong man? You had me from page one.

Elizabeth Thanks Angie! My all time fave...Water for Elephants, Geek Love - LOVE IT! A new book to add to my love of circus stories - priceless. Try Circus in the Winter by Cathy Day, its a collection of short stories where the characters are intertwined, and it answers the question: what do circus employees do during the winter months?
