This is a very enjoyable read. Dude pisses off a gypsy (which tends to happen when you run over one's daughter with your car, then get off scott free for it), and gypsy puts a curse on him and a couple other people involved in the case. The story involves dude trying to find the gypsy to get him to lift the curse, and that involves getting a mafia-ish tough in on the action. As if that isn't bad enough, dude's wife thinks dude has flipped his lid, and he has to deal with his own family not believing he's cursed even though the evidence is right in front of them, and that makes for heart-string jerking stuff. I just get mad at the bitch, but I guess you could feel sorry for dude... maybe. He's not exactly an upstanding citizen.
