bookshelves: books-read-in-summer-10, werewolves
Read in August, 2010

This book is so me! its so my style...i LOVE paranormal (i.e. vampires, werewolves, witches, psychics. etc...),and i love YA romance! it's also got action, and suspence. I LOVED IT!
basically it's about a girl named Grace. she was atacked by wolves when she was little, and one of the wolves with yellow eyes, saves her. so for six years she and the wolf have a "relationship" from afar. but wehn someone is killed by the wolves and a hunting party goes out, she is shocked to find her wolf shows up on her doorstep...as a human. so the world of werewolves becomes all to real to her, sam and her are now, no doubt, in a relationship automatically. but they have to be careful of the cold, because thats what turns them back into humans...bum, bum, bbbbuuuuummmmm.
No doubt i would reccomend this book to anyone that loves YA paranormal romance....good good book
loved the somewhat "forbidden" romance, concept.

“Grace,” I said, very softly. “Say something.”
Sam,” she said, and I crushed her to me.”

“I fell for her in summer, my lovely summer girl,
From summer she is made, my lovely summer girl,
I’d love to spend a winter with my lovely summer girl,
But I’m never warm enough for my lovely summer girl,
It’s summer when she smiles, I’m laughing like a child,
It’s the summer of our lives; we’ll contain it for a while
She holds the heat, the breeze of summer in the circle of her hand
I’d be happy with this summer if it’s all we ever had.”
