really liked it

This is the third and final story in a series about an Amish woman who gives up a baby for adoption that was conceived out of wedlock. only she and her parents know about the baby and it burdens her for twenty years until a series of events leads her to look for the child. She leaves without telling her family where she is going causing difficulty and confusion for them.
The story is beautifully written and the lives of the Amish are entwined with the woman who has know clue of her Amish roots. The resolution of the plot makes you feel as if all of life's sorrows can be healed.
i am biased - I love the Amish. Probably because I lived around them for a year and a half. I respect their way of life and the devotion to family and simple things.
this is a good book if you like a book about personal growth, redemption, forgiveness, hope, and a bit of romance.
